Description Spun Filter Cartridge
PFI PP PPMG Series Melt Blown Filter Elements with Cores are manufactured of polypropylene complying with FDA, free of binder, surfactant and adhesive, accompanied by broad chemical compatibility. PP melt blown filter elements are robust and each high-efficiency polypropylene melt blown depth filter has an internal polypropylene core for added strength. Melt blown filter elements utilize a multi-layered construction for progressive contaminant removal efficiency and longer filter life. PFI Filtration’s innovatively creates PP water filter elements with superior performance and consistency, which are widely used in RO pre-filtration, microelectronics, food & beverage and process water industries.
As the fiber and density form high filtration rating and pollutants holding capacity on diameter of filter cartridge, low pressure drop, gradual changing deep filtration structure with loose outside and close inner, strong pollutants holding capacity, it can remove contaminant effectively, such as suspended substance, particulate and rust, providing efficient filtration and long service life.
Mini grooved surface increases the surface area and make the cartridge has a better appearance.
